Senior Specialty Representative What you will doIn this vital role you will be the liaison to our customers by providing clinical knowledge of our products to medical professionals. You will serve as the primary customer contact and execute marketing strategy and promote Amgen products as directed by the District Manager.
Responsibilities- Provide updated clinical knowledge of Amgen products and effectively communicate clinical and economic benefits to medical professionals.
- Achieve territory sales by delivering branded sales messages, executing planned programs, scheduling and following up with medical educational programs, and exceeding sales targets.
- Utilize internal and external relationships to service and manage accounts, ensuring product access, resolving reimbursement issues, and maintaining product contracts.
- Analyze sales effectiveness, conduct territory analysis, and develop territory plans in conjunction with the District Manager.
- Maintain passion for products throughout the sales cycle and continually build brand awareness.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and foster continuous learning.
- Leverage disease‑state awareness, industry, regulatory, and competitive changes to deliver agreed results.

Basic Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of sales experience
- OR Associate degree and 6 years of sales experience
- OR High school diploma/GED and 8 years of sales experience
- Three or more years of sales experience within pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device industry.
- Product or hospital sales experience in oncology, nephrology, dermatology, rheumatology, inflammation, cardiology, neurology, endocrinology, hepatology, gastroenterology or infectious diseases and knowledge of the related diseases and treatments.
- Local market knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Business Administration.

Annual salary range: $109,631 – $148,325. Actual salary depends on relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
