A well established leader in agricultural products and services is growing its animal nutrition sales team and seeking a Territory Manager – Dairy to drive growth and strengthen relationships with large scale dairy and poultry producers across the Upper Midwest.

In this role you will join a high performing collaborative team focused on delivering value-driven solutions to progressive livestock operations while building long-term partnerships that help producers thrive.

You will work directly with a diverse portfolio of customers and prospects ranging from large dairy farms to feed mills, spending about 50% of your time traveling across a multi-state territory. You will provide strategic consulting in feed programs, livestock nutrition and operational efficiencies while maintaining trusted relationships with key decision makers. As part of a collaborative sales and technical services team you will share account responsibilities, contribute to territory growth strategies and expand your own book of business while ensuring customer success.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Dairy Science, Ag Economics or related field plus 5 years of territory management experience, OR 10+ years of relevant sales experience without a degree
  • Proven experience working with large dairy farms and/or commercial feed mill operations
  • Solid understanding of dairy and poultry nutrition, feed sales and marketing strategies
  • Skilled in consultative sales with the ability to influence executive level and on‑farm stakeholders
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business technology tools
  • High customer focus with a genuine desire to help producers succeed
  • Comfortable with up to 50% overnight travel (depending on your location)
  • Based in Northeastern Nebraska, Southeast South Dakota, Northern Illinois, Iowa or Wisconsin
  • Thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
