Retail Sales Specialist

Responsibilities

• Full‑time Retail Sales Specialist to service Hy‑Vee, Woodman’s, and Whole Foods.
• Sell and build relationships with store management, gain/maintain distribution within a variety of accounts, and perform reporting tasks in a reporting system.
• Work independently, follow direction, and communicate effectively.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory (Madison, WI, Janesville, WI, and surrounding areas).
• Maintain a safe working environment while in stores and adhere to attendance and dress code guidelines.
• Perform physical activities such as frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

• Must be local to the Madison, WI area.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Merchandising experience: 1 year (required).
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Email, Internet Explorer).
• Cell phone, printer, and computer with internet accessibility.
• May be subject to a background check.

• Salary: $45,000 - $50,000 depending on years of experience and expertise.
• Full‑time 37.5 hours per week – no weekends; work Monday through Friday.
• Paid drive time and monthly phone stipend.
• Steady and consistent scheduled working hours with available route flexibility.

Hybrid – must be local to Madison, WI market. Territory covers Madison, WI, Janesville, WI, and surrounding areas.
