Inside Sales Representative – Equipment Rental Specialist

• Develop skills for career growth through an outside sales or operational management career track.
• Use inside sales or customer service skills for steady hours and potential overtime.
• Work with a collaborative team to meet customer needs.
• Support telephone and walk‑in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate, and place orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction with a professional attitude at all times.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience (preferred).
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Must be able to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors or outdoors as required by the job.
