Job Summary
The Director of Provider Sales will lead the growth of our clinical data exchange business, focusing on enterprise health systems and our Release of Information solution. The role requires deep expertise in release of information services, provider operations, EHRs, and clinical data flows, and a proven track record selling enterprise solutions and navigating complex sales cycles with C‑suite stakeholders.
Duties / Responsibilities- Develop and execute a sales strategy to exceed quarterly quotas and achieve company revenue targets.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities through prospecting, networking, partnerships, and industry knowledge.
- Gain deep understanding of prospective customers, their problems, needs, and objectives, and present tailored solutions addressing release of information challenges.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with prospects to ensure satisfaction, retention, and referrals.
- Act as a trusted advisor by staying current on industry trends, regulatory changes, competitors, and customer challenges.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams such as marketing, product, implementation, and customer success to deliver a seamless experience.
- Maintain accurate forecasts, Salesforce records, and performance metrics; regularly report progress to leadership.
Represent the customer voice internally and provide regular feedback to inform product development and service enhancements.
Required Skills / Abilities- Proven record of selling enterprise solutions to health systems, meeting and exceeding growth goals.
- Deep understanding of the healthcare provider space, especially release of information services and clinical data exchange, including HIM operations, quality/HEDIS workflows, and payer contracts.
- Strong ability to build rapport, influence decision makers, and negotiate complex contracts with health systems.
- Leadership experience collaborating cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute complex sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage C‑level executives and other key stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience selling technical solutions (not services) to provider organizations.
- Familiarity with major EHRs is a definite plus.

Physical and/or Travel RequirementsAbility to travel 30% of the time.
Salary Range- $100 – $115k USD, plus commission (potential OTE is 50/50 at quota).
