Commercial Account Executive – Sales
Salesforce is the leading AI CRM, and we are looking for a Commercial Account Executive to develop and execute comprehensive account and territory plans, driving sales to achieve revenue targets in a defined territory or account list.
The ExperienceAs a Commercial Account Executive you will bring a solution‑oriented approach to selling, helping prospects understand how our conversational marketing and pipeline generation solutions address their unique business needs. You will facilitate every stage of the sales cycle, from initial discovery to pitching our solution to pricing negotiations.
What You'll Actually Be Doing- Lead the entire sales cycle and serve as a master of discovery and strategic partner for prospective customers.
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business deals with commercial‑sized organizations (500‑2500 people).
- Actively manage identified target accounts and continuously build and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
- Know when to involve the right stakeholders and act as the quarterback for prospective customers.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with key partners such as Marketing, Sales Engineering, Product, and Success.
- Understand the competition to effectively position our solution in the market.
- 3‑5 years of B2B SaaS full‑cycle sales experience, selling into organizations of 500+ people with a focus on marketing and sales leaders.
- At least 2 years of experience within Mar Tech.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- Goal‑oriented with a track record of over achievement (e.g., President’s Club, Rep of the Year).
- Proven ability to lead an effective sales process and close new business.
- Ability to articulate and sell the business value of MQLs, lead generation, and conversions to businesses of all sizes.
- Excellent thought‑leadership traits and the ability to drive a value‑based sales cycle.
- Smart, organized, self‑motivated, flexible, and team‑player.
- Strong desire to succeed and thrive in a high‑energy team environment.
- Extraordinary presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive C‑level relationships.
- Trained in MEDDIC or another enterprise sales methodology.
- Experience with Salesforce and virtual selling tools such as Zoom, Webex, or similar.

Compensation and BenefitsThe typical base salary range for this position is $99,500 – $189,350 annually, with a higher range in California, New York, and selected cities in Boston, Chicago, Seattle, and Washington, D.C. Additional compensation may include bonus, equity, or other incentives. Benefits include time‑off programs, medical, dental, vision, mental health support, paid parental leave, life and disability insurance, 401(k), and employee stock purchase plan.
