Position Overview:

The Business Development Specialist will be involved in all aspects of Eutectic Corporation’s sales strategy and new business development initiatives.

This sales role focuses on new business growth by tapping into new markets and key industries. The BDR will generate qualified prospects using cold email, cold calling, social selling, and networking.

What You’ll Do:
  • Research and find decision makers within key industries and new target accounts.
  • Cold call and schedule appointments with prospects.
  • Document and track all correspondence through CRM MS Dynamics software.
  • Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to position our solution.
  • Contact customers following a sale to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
  • Arrange on‑site and/or online meetings in a consultative approach with key members of the Eutectic team.
  • Complete follow‑up on inquiries and leads forwarded from website and trade shows.
  • Present a professional image at all times to customers and vendors.
What You’ll Bring :
  • Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Business or Engineering.
  • 2 years experience in a cold‑calling sales environment.
  • Long‑term interest in a client‑facing sales career.
  • Competitive spirit and the drive for results.
  • Exemplary problem‑solving skills and resourceful ability to take initiative.
  • Coachable and enjoys learning in a fast‑paced sales environment.
  • Superior organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated self‑starter who thrives in personal success and over achievement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to pitch comprehensive solutions over the telephone to potential prospects.
  • Strives to exceed customer expectations.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Proficient computer skills – MS Office required.
