• Maintains professionalism and delivers excellent customer service to each guest.
• Conducts vehicle feature and benefit presentation by assisting guests on their test drive of vehicle(s).
• Maintains strong product knowledge for all manufacturer products to support guests’ questions.
• Directs guests to additional information resources by staying attuned to all manufacturer changes and updates.
• Explain and demonstrate vehicle features and technologies at delivery, answering any questions that might arise from the customer.
• Take photos of new and used cars to be put on the company website.
• Maintain consistent guest communication after delivery to ensure guest satisfaction is met.
• Travel to and from guest residences with potential extended geographic locations.
• Regular and reliable attendance.
• Coordinate and communicate with Sales and Service departments to ensure guest experience is met.
• Ensure all vehicles meet pre‑delivery requirements.
• Drive between dealerships to pick up or drop off other vehicles.
• Keep new and used vehicle lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Inspect parts, equipment, or vehicles for cleanliness, damage, and compliance with standards or regulations.
• Create key tags for vehicles.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.
