Mobile Experts (ME) work as part of a Retail Team of Experts, bringing the T‑Mobile brand to life. They are brand ambassadors who create energy and excitement around our products and services. They embrace a fast‑paced environment where technology innovations and customer needs evolve continuously, building new and deepening existing relationships with customers.
Job Responsibilities- Serving and selling to our customers while providing a best‑in‑class customer experience and building loyalty.
- Consistently leveraging digital tools in interactions and onboarding.
- Completing training on the T‑Mobile in‑store experience, new skills and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources.
- Maximizing time on shift by consistently seeking information between customers and learning about innovations in wireless and technology.
- Partnering with T‑Mobile employees across channels, including business and customer service.
- High School Diploma/GED (Required).
- 30 days T‑Mobile Mobile Associate experience (Required).
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment (Preferred).

- Hourly Base Pay: $19.50, plus $5.00 per hour training pay.
- Within the first 90 days, Mobile Associates receive on‑the‑job training and are eligible for hourly training pay.
- After completing training, Mobile Associates promote to the Mobile Expert role and become eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000 per year.
