Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate

We're hiring an Inside Sales and Warehouse Associate for a growing safety supply distributor in the Madison area. If you are looking for a hands‑on role where you can learn multiple sides of a business from logistics to customer support, this is a great opportunity for you. In this role, you will help support the local operations team by ensuring orders are accurately processed and customers receive top‑tier service.

  First shift, Monday through Friday

• Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing shipments accurately
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking needs
• Manage shipping documentation including packing lists and labels
• Answer incoming phone calls, assist with counter sales, and enter orders
• Provide timely quotes, orders, and estimated arrival times to accounts

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A desire to learn and a strong interest in supply chain or distribution
• Great attention to detail when managing paperwork
• Flexibility to train and support multiple departments
