• C.A. Fortune is looking for a full‑time Retail Sales Specialist to service Hy‑Vee, Woodman’s, and Whole Foods.
• You will be responsible for selling, building relationships with store management, gaining or maintaining distribution within a variety of accounts, and performing reporting tasks in a reporting system with varied merchandising opportunities.
• This position requires independent work, following direction, and excellent communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, clean driving records, a valid driver’s license, and maintaining auto insurance are all required.

  Hybrid‑ must be local to the Madison, WI market – territory covers Madison, WI, Janesville, WI, and surrounding areas.
• Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 depending on years of experience and expertise.
• This position is full‑time, 37.5 hours per week.
• No weekends. Work is to be completed Monday through Friday.

• Represent a diverse portfolio of national and regional brands, calling on Hy‑Vee, Woodman’s, and Whole Foods.
• Function as the primary liaison between store leadership and manufacturer partners to maximize shelf space, promotional execution, and distribution—directly contributing to sales growth.
• Pitch new products, secure incremental placement, adapt quickly to shifting business needs while consistently delivering sales objectives in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Utilize mobile technology to take photos, report findings, and complete tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Travel to and between store locations within the designated territory.
• Maintain a safe working environment while in the stores.
• Adhere to attendance and dress‑code guidelines.
• Perform physical activities—frequent standing, walking, bending, squatting, lifting, etc.—throughout the workday.
• Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Attend client kickoff video calls and team check‑ins as required.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

• Local to the Madison, WI area.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Merchandising experience: 1 year (required).
• A clean driving record.
• Positive and professional attitude and appearance.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly motivated self‑starter who can work with minimal supervision.
• Microsoft Office experience (Word, Excel, Email, and Internet Explorer).
• Cell phone, printer, and computer with internet accessibility.
• May be subject to a background check.
