The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and be able to manage their own business-within-a-business. You will be a key contributor, not only to our Mission, but of providing the Outstanding Customer Service we are known for.

• Greet customers on the lot and guide them into the sales process
• Help customers in finding a vehicle that meets their needs
• Promote accessories and the right finance products to meet customer’s needs
• Complete sales contracts, deliver vehicles and follow-up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
• Participate in manufacturer education and training programs

• A passion for helping customers with their automotive needs
• A proven sales track record
• Strong communication skills and professional appearance
• Resilient and competitive with a solid work ethic
• Computer literate and basic math skills needed to complete sales contracts
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to demonstrate the company’s Core Values every day

• 40 hours of professional sales training
• State of the art facilities

• A valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Must be 18 years or older
