Inside Sales Representative to help customers find the right parts while building lasting relationships.

This isn't a call center position. It's a relationship-driven sales role where your product knowledge, customer service, and follow-up directly impact your success.

Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour

Plus:

• Assist customers with pricing, availability, and product selection.
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and coordinate shipments.
• Follow up on quotes to turn opportunities into sales.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service.
• Make outbound calls to generate repeat business.
• Work with teammates to ensure customers receive the right parts - on time.

• Customer service or inside sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
• Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
• Knowledge of agricultural, construction, automotive, or heavy equipment parts is a plus—but we'll help you learn.
