New Home Apprentice

• Support one or more New Home Specialists with administrative responsibilities that keep the sales process running smoothly.
• Schedule appointments, communicate with customers and Realtors, and maintain accurate CRM records.
• Assist with contract preparation, transaction coordination, and closing activities.
• Participate in open houses and customer appointments while developing your sales skills.
• Receive ongoing coaching, training, and mentorship from Sales Management and experienced New Home Specialists.
• Build the knowledge and experience necessary to advance into a New Home Specialist position based on demonstrated performance and business needs.

• A passion for customer service and a desire to build a career in residential home sales.
• A positive, coachable attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• The ability to adapt to changing priorities while demonstrating strong time management and organizational skills, allowing you to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, bringing new opportunities and challenges.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new technology and CRM systems.
• The ability and willingness to obtain a Wisconsin Real Estate License during employment with company support.
• A strong work ethic, sense of urgency, and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience.
