Role Overview
This position offers an excellent opportunity to sell innovative regenerative technology to orthopedic surgeons, focusing on cell regeneration and implantation procedures. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with orthopedic surgeons, particularly those involved in the Operating Room, and leveraging experience in complex sales, reimbursement, or biologics.
Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the orthopedic surgery field.
- Educate and engage surgeons on cutting-edge regenerative procedures and products.
- Manage key accounts and foster long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to company growth through strategic selling and territory management.
- Four-year degree required.
- Minimum of two years selling to orthopedic surgeons, especially those with established OR relationships or experience with sports medicine brands like Arthrex or Mitek .
- Experience in regenerative, biologics, or complex sales involving reimbursement processes.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
