Daniel Piazza Agency Inc. is a local insurance agency that has proudly represented American Family Insurance since 2009. We are dedicated to assisting both personal and commercial clients in purchasing and maintaining insurance policies that effectively cover their financial risks.

As our Licensed Insurance Sales Specialist
, you’ll play a crucial role in growing our agency by building relationships with clients and helping them find the right insurance solutions. You’ll work in a supportive, team-oriented environment while having the opportunity to earn commission on top of a competitive wage.

• Identify and reach out to potential customers to discuss coverage options
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Educate customers on insurance products and tailor solutions to their needs
• Generate & follow up on leads, referrals, and inquiries to drive sales
• Meet or exceed sales goals while providing exceptional customer service

• Licensed in Property, Casualty, & Life in the State of Wisconsin
• Sales experience (insurance experience preferred but not required)
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to learn and explain insurance products effectively
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn insurance systems
• A team player with a positive, professional attitude

• Competitive pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year with commissions & bonuses, based on experience. Range is not all inclusive. Commissions are uncapped.
