MTI is looking for a motivated Territory Sales Representative to help expand our dealer network and increase market share across a dynamic territory.

• Drive sales growth and achieve territory goals
• Build and strengthen relationships with dealer partners
• Identify new business opportunities and recruit new dealers
• Conduct dealer visits, business reviews, and product training
• Manage forecasting, pipeline activity, and territory performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional dealer support

• 2+ years of sales, territory management, business development, or related experience preferred
• Experience working with dealer or distributor networks is a plus
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Office
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
• Valid driver's license required
