As a leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) distributor, we proudly supply nationally recognized and regional brands of ice cream, frozen pizza, and frozen prepared foods to grocery and retail partners throughout a 19-state service area.

Our success is built on exceptional customer service, dependable employees, and a commitment to excellence. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a motivated Route Sales Representative to join our team in the Madison, WI area. Compensation
- Starting Salary: $55,000-$60,000 annually, depending on experience.

• Deliver frozen food products safely and accurately to established retail accounts
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through outstanding service
• Merchandise products and maintain attractive displays as needed
• Utilize handheld technology to complete deliveries and manage inventory
• Rotate products and ensure quality standards are met
• Represent Cold Front Distribution with professionalism and integrity every day

• CDL preferred, but not required
• Monday through Friday schedule
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 pounds
• Must meet all DOT medical certification, drug, and alcohol testing requirements
• Previous DSD, grocery, food distribution, or route sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience using handheld delivery devices is preferred
• Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check, DOT physical, drug screen, and have a satisfactory motor vehicle record (MVR)
