Position OverviewWe are seeking an energetic and personable Spa & Sales Coordinator to join a growing wellness-focused environment in Madison, WI. This client-facing position combines hospitality, sales, and administrative responsibilities and is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering exceptional service, and working toward measurable goals.
You will work alongside a professional team to create a welcoming and polished experience for every client while helping educate them on available wellness services, memberships, and packages.
Key Responsibilities Client Experience & Sales- Welcome clients and provide a professional, friendly experience from check-in through checkout
- Build relationships with new and returning clients
- Educate clients on available services, memberships, and packages
- Discuss pricing and confidently guide clients through purchasing decisions
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients by phone, text, and email
- Support client retention and encourage continued engagement
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Manage appointment scheduling, check-in, and checkout
- Process client payments accurately
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Complete assigned administrative tasks and follow-up activities
- Assist with opening and closing responsibilities
- Help maintain an organized, stocked, and welcoming environment
- Collaborate closely with clinical and operational team members to support client needs
- Assist with occasional community partnerships and promotional initiatives
- Participate in occasional off-site or mobile events
- Support overall daily operations and step in where needed to create a positive client experience
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, fitness, wellness, retail, or another client-facing environment preferred
- Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and purchasing decisions
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Motivated by sales goals and performance-based earning opportunities
- Professional communication skills in person, over the phone, through text, and via email
- Organized and able to balance client interactions with administrative responsibilities
- Self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative
- Dependable, positive, and receptive to coaching and feedback
- Interest in the wellness industry and willingness to learn
- Previous spa or medical experience is helpful but not required
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 20-30 hours per week
. Weekday and weekend shifts are available, with regular weekend availability required
. Occasional community or mobile events may take place outside of standard business hours.
