Rosen Automotive Group is seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance (F&I) Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a strong closer who delivers an excellent customer experience while maximizing finance and product opportunities.

• Present financing, warranty, protection, and insurance options to customers
• Secure competitive financing through lending partners
• Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate and compliant
• Maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth vehicle delivery process
• Meet and exceed dealership performance and profitability goals
• Maintain compliance with all federal, state, lender, and dealership requirements

• Previous automotive F&I experience strongly preferred
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with a strong understanding of dealership compliance
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
