HOTWORX is coming to Madison — and we're looking for an exceptional Founding General Manager to help build the studio, the team, and the community from day one.

This isn't a role where you'll simply walk into an established operation and maintain what's already there.

You’ll help launch it.

You’ll be the face of HOTWORX Madison, leading presale efforts, building community partnerships, developing a high-performing team, creating an incredible member experience, and driving the growth of the studio.

HOTWORX is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio offering virtually instructed workouts inside patented infrared saunas.

Members combine infrared energy, heat and exercise through 15-minute HIIT sessions and 30-minute isometric workouts — creating an efficient fitness experience designed for busy people who want more from their workouts.

HOTWORX has grown into a global fitness franchise with hundreds of locations, and we're bringing the concept to Madison's University Avenue community.

As General Manager, you’ll essentially run the studio like it’s your own business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Driving membership sales and studio revenue
• Leading our pre-opening membership campaign and helping launch HOTWORX Madison
• Building relationships with businesses, apartment communities, universities and organizations throughout Madison
• Creating local partnerships, events and grassroots marketing opportunities
• Following up with leads and converting prospects into members
• Hiring, training, coaching and motivating a high-performing studio team
• Setting sales goals and holding the team accountable to them
• Creating an exceptional experience for members and guests
• Maintaining a clean, polished and welcoming studio
• Supporting local social media and community engagement
• Tracking KPIs, memberships, leads, conversions and studio performance
• Finding creative ways to continuously grow the business
• Some days you’ll be coaching your team.
• Some days you’ll be meeting with a local business about a partnership.
• Some days you’ll be following up with leads, creating content, solving a member problem or jumping into the details to make sure the studio looks incredible.
