Job Skills / Requirements
In this role, you will:
* Enforce Per Mar and client company policies and procedures
* Schedule security and special event personnel
* Prepare and communicate site instructions and training
* Address and resolve client issues and complaints
* Complete payroll for all Madison scheduled hourly employees
* Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of all company vehicles and equipment
* Perform site visits and inspect, coach, and mentor security personnel
* Assist with the review of applications and assist with interviewing as needed
* Expected to take calls on a rotation with other supervisory staff during non-business hours
* Serve as a backup Security Officer, Site Supervisor, and Training Instructor, as needed
What you'll need:
* High School Diploma or GED.
* An associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college is preferred.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of security services experience
* Six months to one year of previous scheduling experience is a plus.
* Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
* Basic working knowledge of Employment Law is preferred.
* Must have the ability to obtain a Security Officer License as required by state laws.
