About the Position
We are hiring a Response Security Officer to provide flexible and reliable security coverage at multiple client sites. The role requires adaptability to changing shifts, locations, and responsibilities.

available for at least two shifts per week; exact schedule varies. - Competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour;
Daily Pay available for employees. - Full‑time position (40+ hours per week). Uniform provided at no cost.

- Security license bonus: $150 for holders of a valid Wisconsin security license.
- Remain on feet for extended periods during assigned shifts.
- Monitor premises and facilities to maintain safety and security.
- Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and report risks.
- Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
- Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
- Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management.
- Safeguard client property, assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures.
- Adhere to all site‑specific policies, procedures, and security protocols.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Availability for shifts on weekends and weekdays as required.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass motor‑vehicle record check.
- Reliable transportation and willing to travel between multiple client sites.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules, assignments, and work locations.
- Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
- Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
- Comfortable using radio communication and other security technology.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency and high‑pressure situations.
- Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred.
- Must pass a background check and meet all licensing requirements as applicable.
Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
