Special Response Security Officer

About the Position

We are hiring a Response Security Officer to provide flexible and reliable security coverage at multiple client sites. The role requires adaptability to changing shifts, locations, and responsibilities.

• Site locations:
  Madison, Cottage Grove, Watertown
• Schedule:
  
  available for at least two shifts per week; exact schedule varies.
• Competitive hourly wage of $24 per hour;
  Daily Pay available for employees.
• Full‑time position (40+ hours per week). Uniform provided at no cost.

• Remain on feet for extended periods during assigned shifts.
• Monitor premises and facilities to maintain safety and security.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections to identify and report risks.
• Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry.
• Respond promptly and professionally to incidents, emergencies, and potential threats.
• Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence.
• Complete accurate and detailed reports documenting incidents, observations, and daily activities.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with law enforcement, emergency responders, and site management.
• Safeguard client property, assets, employees, and visitors through proactive security measures.
• Adhere to all site‑specific policies, procedures, and security protocols.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Availability for shifts on weekends and weekdays as required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; must pass motor‑vehicle record check.
• Reliable transportation and willing to travel between multiple client sites.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and attendance record.
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing schedules, assignments, and work locations.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to write clear and accurate reports.
• Comfortable using radio communication and other security technology.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency and high‑pressure situations.
• Prior experience in security, military, law enforcement, or customer service preferred.
• Must pass a background check and meet all licensing requirements as applicable.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening, conducted after an offer of employment is extended.
