Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $18.64 / Hour

Job Schedule: Thursday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Friday 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM

What You’ll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, drivers, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Control access at entry and exit points by checking credentials, verifying visitor and delivery information, issuing access permissions as directed, and documenting activity in site-required logs and/or systems.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and report unusual activity, policy violations, and/or facility concerns to the appropriate contacts.
• Monitor truck gates, employee entrances, and/or shipping and receiving areas to help support authorized access, maintain orderly traffic flow, and follow post instructions for trailers, packages, and deliveries.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter, observing for suspicious activity, unsecured access points, and/or conditions that may require a security‑related response.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
