Event Security

Responsibilities

• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas at University of Wisconsin events
• Perform bag checks, ticket and credential verification, and access control
• Guide guests, answer questions, and provide courteous customer service
• Manage crowd flow, lines, and seating to maintain safety and order
• Observe and report suspicious behavior, safety hazards, or incidents
• Follow emergency and evacuation procedures as directed by supervisors
• Communicate via radio with team members and event control
• Document incidents and complete basic written reports as required
