Join the BMOC team at our student housing facilities. We are looking for a skilled technician to maintain a safe, clean, and high-quality living environment for our residents through proactive maintenance and rapid problem‑solving.

• General Repairs: Maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry systems.
• Unit Turnovers: Prep apartments for new residents (cleaning, painting, minor repairs).
• Inspections: Conduct regular building and grounds checks for safety and maintenance needs.
• Service Requests: Respond promptly to resident and management work orders.
• Safety: Ensure full compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Records: Track all repairs and inspections via detailed maintenance logs.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Technical/Vocational training is a plus).
• Experience: Previous maintenance experience, ideally in residential or student housing.

  Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Mobility: Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
• Soft Skills: Excellent troubleshooting and customer service skills.
