Journeyman must be skilled craftsmen in their trade, and we prefer a minimum of five (5) years’ practical working experience in the HVAC plumbing, pipe fitting and/or mechanical equipment service industry.  You may be required to pass a satisfactory examination as to your special skill.

* ** Requires Mechanical Journeyman status
* 5+ years of light commercial/commercial HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
* Valid driver's license, appropriate licenses to work with refrigerants, boiler and steam operational & service knowledge
* Welding certification(s)
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* General knowledge of how to use computers
* Must be a member or willing to join a local Union Pay Range: hourly rate determined by the CBA/rate sheet. Benefits are provided through a local labor union aligned with a collective bargaining agreement. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
