Maintenance Tech III - Nights

Shift: Night Shift (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, 2-2-3 Schedule)

• Pay: up to $37 per hour (based on experience)
• $1.00 per hour premium for hours worked 6 pm – 6 am
• $2.00 per hour premium for hours worked Saturday and/or Sunday
• $1,500 sign‑on bonus

• Perform mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on PLC‑controlled systems
• Diagnose, repair, and upgrade power transmission, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
• Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime
• Fabricate and machine parts to improve equipment performance
• Assist with installation and modification of new and existing equipment
• Use precision measurement and diagnostic tools for troubleshooting
• Follow all safety protocols, including Lock‑Out‑Tag‑Out (LOTO)

• 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience or a relevant degree/certification
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• High School Diploma or GED required
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Work 12‑hour shifts on a rotating pattern:
Week 1 – Mon‑Tue work, Wed‑Thu off, Fri‑Sun work;
Week 2 – Mon‑Tue off, Wed‑Thu work, Fri‑Sun off. Built‑in long weekends every other week.
