As a Field Service Technician you will play a vital role in maintaining and repairing state‑of‑the‑art door equipment. This is a full‑time position located in Madison, WI with occasional on‑call night/weekend requirements and ample overtime opportunities. You will work independently, represent AEW with professionalism, and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Service and repair of automatic swing, sliding, revolving and security door equipment throughout Wisconsin
• Communicate with management, sales department, general contractors and end‑users
• Fill out proper paperwork to meet company requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong work ethic and quality customer service orientation
• Electrical and/or mechanical or construction experience is a plus
• Knowledge and experience with power and hand tools
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work without supervision

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to pass a drug test, occasional lifting of door panels that may weigh over 100 pounds, passing a physical exam, and availability to be on call approximately every six weeks.

  Competitive starting pay of $25‑27 per hour for entry level techs and $27+ for experienced techs
