Field Technician

Bank Equipment Technician – Madison, WI (Full-Time)

• Maintenance:
  Clean, detail, and sanitize ATMs, kiosks, and bank vault surfaces.
• Repairs:
  Inspect electrical components, perform minor refurbishments, and replace lighting.
• Compliance:
  Conduct ADA inspections, alarm surveys, and site measurements.
• Tech Updates:
  Execute software updates and complete digital site surveys.
• Documentation:
  Take detailed photos of completed work and manage digital paperwork.
• Upkeep:
  Remove graffiti/stickers and clear trash within a 10-foot radius of machines.

• Tech-Savvy:
  Strong mechanical/electrical aptitude and smartphone proficiency.
• Software:
  Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Mindset:
  Highly disciplined to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Transit:
  Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and a reliable, insured vehicle.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma/equivalent (trade school is a plus).
• Background:
  Previous field repair or electrical experience is preferred.

• Lifting:
  Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds.
• Agility:
  Ability to carry and climb a 10-foot ladder.
• Stamina:
  Ability to stand for long periods and drive extensively each day.
• Environment:
  Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Senses:
  Good hand-eye coordination and vision correctable to 20/20.
