We are seeking highly motivated professional craftsmen who are multi‑skilled across several trades and can deliver quality work and exceptional customer service. The role requires an independent thinker with strong problem‑solving, communication, and organizational skills.

• Inspect a property, identify needed repairs or improvements, and communicate these opportunities to the customer.
• Provide accurate, timely estimates for work and complete tasks to the company's high standards.
• Use a basic professional tool set that includes drills, saws, hand tools, and other necessary equipment.
• Maintain a clean‑cut appearance, a decent looking vehicle, and organized tools.
• Engage with management, office personnel, fellow employees, homeowners, suppliers, and property managers to ensure clear communication.
• Actively seek additional work opportunities and demonstrate the ability to exceed customer expectations.
• Follow all safety and operational procedures while working primarily indoors in temperature‑controlled environments.

• General knowledge of multiple trades, including deck and fencing, drywall, plumbing, carpentry, tile, floor installation, and electrical.
• Preference for experience in drywall, carpentry, flooring, or tile.
• Strong will to complete all tasks in a timely, professional manner.
• Excellent communication skills with a variety of stakeholders.
• Independent thinker with proven problem‑solving abilities.
• Proper personal equipment and a vehicle suitable for travel to job sites.

• Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; no weekend work.
• Flexible hours for part‑time employees.
• W‑2 status with flexibility similar to an independent contractor.

• Base pay $28–$32 per hour, depending on experience.
