** Are you a take-charge kind of person with experience running mining crews? Northeast Asphalt is looking for a dependable, hands-on leader to oversee day-to-day operations at our portable aggregate sites. Join a family-centered company that values your grit and know-how.
** What You'll Do
** Lead a tight-knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently:
* Manage production, schedules, and daily operations
* Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment
* Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec
* Enforce safety practices and work site standards
* Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors
* Pitch in when needed - welding, inspections, cleanup, you name it

** Where You'll Work
** This is a portable operation - you'll rotate between sites throughout Northern WI.
** What You'll Need to Bring
*** Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred)
* Good with communication and coordinating crews
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Willingness to join the union if you're not already a member
* Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions
* A strong work ethic and a knack for problem-solving
