Compensation & Benefits:$25–$30/hr + monthly commissions (starting pay based on experience and certifications)$25/day on-call stipend and mileage reimbursement during rotation

Position Summary:
As a Service Technician II, you are a skilled maintenance professional responsible for completing apartment turns, repairs, and ongoing maintenance to ensure our communities are safe, functional, and well-maintained. You will work in both occupied and vacant units while delivering timely, high-quality service to residents and supporting overall property value. This role requires strong technical ability, efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare vacant apartments for move-in (paint, drywall, trash outs, and repairs)
Complete resident service requests in a timely manner
Diagnose and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
Perform carpentry, drywall, painting (touch-up and full paint), and flooring repairs
Perform preventative maintenance tasks as assigned
Assist with pool maintenance and chemical balancing (if applicable)
Support grounds maintenance including trash removal, pet waste stations, walkways, and snow removal
Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours needs as scheduled
Use company-issued phone and apps for work orders and documentation
Travel between properties during work hours as needed with personal vehicle
Qualifications:
3–5 years maintenance experience required
Strong painting and drywall repair experience required
Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and building systems
Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work on ladders and on feet for full shifts
Ability to push/pull up to 200 lbs with equipment
Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions EPA, HVAC, CPO certifications preferred

Must pass background check and drug screening
Willingness to work overtime and support multiple properties
