Crush/Wash Plant Foreman - Northeast Asphalt, Northern Wisconsin

• Lead a tight‑knit crew to keep things moving safely and efficiently, managing production, schedules, and daily operations.
• Operate and oversee crushers, screens, loaders, trucks, and mobile equipment.
• Handle maintenance needs, coordinate repairs, and keep equipment up to spec.
• Enforce safety practices and work‑site standards.
• Communicate clearly with crew, managers, and contractors.
• Pitch in when needed – welding, inspections, clean‑up, or any other task.

• Solid experience in mining operations (foreman or lead role preferred).
• Strong communication and crew‑coordinating skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

• Comfortable with early mornings, outdoor work, and changing conditions.
• Strong work ethic and knack for problem‑solving.
