Maintain the physical condition of the property according to The Scion Groups Standard Operating Procedures, OSHA and Industry standards;
Perform physically demanding work to maintain the asset and participate in preventive maintenance and repairs;
Complete preventive maintenance tasks and routine maintenance/repair in a timely and professional manner;
Document work performed, parts used, and follow-up items with clear notes and signatures;
Routinely perform basic appliance repair, carpentry, plumbing, painting, and electrical/lighting tasks to prepare apartments for turnover on time
