Insulation Technician

Job Responsibilities

• Air sealing and caulking
• Loading insulation machine
• Stock service truck for daily duties
• Install insulation
• Crawl space insulation, ground cover floor installation
• Venting and installing ventilation equipment (rooftop)
• Regular use of saws and other construction tools.
• Box truck operation (Non-CDL) – Must be able to pass DOT Physical.
• Scaffolding set up and dismantle
• General maintenance of machinery

• Past experience in the installation of insulation
• Team player
• Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Willing and able to work in small spaces – a plus
• Ability to represent the company professionally at all times

Year‑round work schedule with an average of 40 to 45 hours per week. A typical work day is from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. Some out‑of‑state travel may be required for training.
