We are looking to add a body shop technician to busy and growing shop! We're looking for a candidate that has a strong service technician background, is ASE and can complete repairs to OEM specifications and company standards certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders, diagnosing what repairs need to be done and the ability to demonstrate and properly complete light to heavy repairs in a timely manner.

- Examine damaged vehicles and determine repairs
- Communicate status of repairs clearly to Body Shop Manager and dispatch
- Communicate with parts department to obtain necessary parts
- Document all repairs performed
- Document all materials used
- Maintain work area in a clean and orderly manner
- Follow all company safety procedures
- Understand and follow federal, state, and local regulations such as the disposal of hazardous waste
- 2+ years of collision repair experience as a Body Shop Technician in a production body shop
- Ability to properly complete light to heavy repairs, including: structural, replacing rails and use of a frame rack
- Participate in developing a proper repair plan for each vehicle
- Repair collision damaged vehicles according to manufacturer specifications and company standards
- I-CAR, ASE or Aluminum Certifications are a bonus
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
