Diesel Mechanic – Madison, WI | Mobile Truck Technician

All Fleet Inc is expanding into Madison, and we’re looking for a mobile diesel tech to anchor our service coverage in Wisconsin’s capital. You’ll support both emergency and scheduled service calls across Dane County and key I‑90/I‑94 freight lanes.

• Earn $25–$50/hr with performance-based commission—your earning potential is in your hands

• Diagnose and repair semi-trucks, trailers, and more
• Service brake systems, electrical, suspensions, lighting, tires, and diagnostics
• Perform field repairs across the metro, including downtown and industrial areas
• Maintain detailed records of parts and services

• Proven experience with truck/trailer repairs
• Your own tools (not provided)
• Valid driver’s license
• Capable of passing a drug test, DOT physical, and MVR check
• Customer-first attitude and professional demeanour
• Flexibility for 24/7/365 support and on‑call rotations
