** Are you an experienced maintenance professional who enjoys troubleshooting, making repairs, and keeping a property operating at its best? We're currently looking for a full-time Senior Maintenance Technician to support two of our affordable housing communities in the Madison, WI area. ** What You'll Do:
*** Complete daily maintenance and repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances.
* Respond promptly to routine and emergency maintenance requests when assigned.
* Maintain a schedule for the timely completion of apartment make-readies, ensure all apartments scheduled for move-ins are fully completed prior to move-in.
* Coordinate all move-ins and move-outs with the Property Manager.
* Inspect buildings and grounds to maintain safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.
* Maintain common areas, exterior spaces, and grounds.
* Communicate with vendors and contractors.
** What You'll Bring:
*** Minimum of three years of previous experience in property management maintenance, building maintenance, or related trade.
* Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and appliance repair.
* Ability to participate in a 24/7 on-call assignment.
* Valid drivers license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
* Strong customer service skills with a resident-first mindset.
* HVAC-EPA (Type II), or EPA Universal preferred.
* High School diploma or equivalent required.
