We are seeking a Residential Siding, Windows & Doors Project Manager to oversee installation projects from start to finish, ensuring safe, efficient execution and an exceptional customer experience. $5,000 sign on bonus paid after 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities- Manage residential siding and window/door projects from pre-construction through final completion
- Coordinate scheduling, materials, and installation crews
- Ensure all work meets company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety requirements
- Conduct site visits, job progress inspections, and final walkthroughs with homeowners
- Maintain clear, professional communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Resolve jobsite issues promptly while protecting quality, schedule, and budget
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and installation teams to deliver seamless project execution
- Uphold company commitment to clean, organized, and safe job sites
Ideal candidates will have the below qualifications:
- 3+ years of project management experience in residential siding, windows, doors, or exterior remodeling
- Strong knowledge of window and door installation practices and materials
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Valid driver’s license
