Your ImpactPearce is seeking experienced HVAC technicians to join our team for servicing and repairing commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters located on cell tower sites. This fast‑paced role is best suited for responsible, self‑directed, highly motivated individuals willing to travel and learn in the telecom industry. The position is regional; candidates should reside in the Wisconsin area.
Core Responsibilities- Maintaining cooling systems – diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, installing and replacing components of entire systems.
- Conducting performance checks and regular maintenance on HVAC equipment.
- Performing additional maintenance or upgrades on HVAC equipment.
- Responding to service calls in a timely manner, including emergency call‑out services.
- Timely and accurate completion of daily work reports.
- Operating and maintaining a motor vehicle safely and legally per company policies and insurance requirements.
- Level 2 or Universal EPA certified (required).
- Experience working in a Controlled Environment Vault (CEV).
- Three or more years of HVAC maintenance experience, commercial preferred.
- Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Resides in the Wisconsin area, available for after‑hours and weekend call‑outs, extensive daily travel, occasional overnight stays with company reimbursement and per diem.
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
- Must pass a Department of Transportation (Use the "Apply for this Job" box below). and hold a valid driver’s license with no active suspension.
- Compliance with OSHAFCC/FAA/EPA standards.
Hourly rate $27.00‑$38.00, DOE. Compensation includes performance bonuses, referral incentives, tool/equipment and fuel stipends, company vehicle, per diem, and other applicable perks.
