Apprentice work across our four trades:

• Electrical
• HVAC
• Plumbing
• Sprinkler Fitting (Fire Protection)

We hire across two primary business areas:

• New Construction (commercial residential, & special projects new construction projects)
• Service & Remodel

• Support field crews with material handling, site organization, and jobsite housekeeping
• Use basic hand and power tools safely under guidance
• Assist with install prep (e.g., cutting openings, staging equipment, loading/unloading)
• Practice safety and quality basics, helping maintain clean, compliant work areas
• Work as part of a team and develop trade awareness across New Construction or Service & Remodel environments (Actual tasks vary by trade and project.)
• Responsible for leading, exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.
