Restoration Laborers; CDL

Job Overview

Q3C is looking for CDL laborers to join our Restoration Team in La Crosse, Wisconsin.

Primoris Gas Operations, which includes Q3 Contracting, ARB, Primoris Distribution Services, Snelson, and Pipe jacking Trenchless, has over 60 years of experience working in the natural gas distribution industry, providing safe environments, quality workmanship, and exceptional value to our customers.

Perform manual labor as directed for safe and efficient support of our restoration department. Tasks include concrete patch work, sod restoration, blacktop, asphalt, and any other duties assigned by foreman with respect to restoration.

Perform many tasks that may require hand and power tools. Tasks include cleaning and preparing sites, digging trenches, setting braces, cleaning rubble/debris, tearing out concrete, building and positioning forms for pouring concrete, dismantling forms, grading, aligning, straightening, plumb and square forms, building curb, preparing, forming and pouring ADA compliant ramps prior to inspection.

• Ability to follow company policies and procedures
• Dependable and able to perform physically demanding work in the elements
• Ability to restore a project to the same or better condition
• Respectful to fellow workers, clients, and client’s customers
• Prior construction knowledge helpful but not required
• Understands safety zones while working around equipment such as backhoes, bore rigs, air compressors
• Close vision required for some functions and distance; peripheral vision required for safety

• Possession of a Commercial Drivers License (CDL)
• Willingness to travel
• Able to work overtime as required

• Must be able to lift and/or move 50 pounds daily and continually
• Stand, walk, turn, stoop, kneel, crouch, speak and hear continuously

• Exposed to outside weather conditions
• Potential wet/humid conditions, cold, and heat
• Noise level can be loud
