We're looking for a dependable Industrial Maintenance Technician willing to work 2nd shift at our Madison, WI facility with strong industrial maintenance experience who enjoys working with high‑tech manufacturing equipment, solving problems on the fly, and keeping operations running at peak performance. If you're skilled with mechanical and electrical systems, comfortable in a fast‑paced production environment, and ready to take ownership of equipment reliability, this is a great opportunity to make an impact.
CompensationBased on experience, the pay range is $30.00 – $35.00 per hour.
Work Schedule2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
- Works 1 weekend per month

- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on production and support equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and implement effective, timely solutions
- Safely operate and maintain tools, test equipment, and specialized machinery
- Inspect equipment, complete work orders, and maintain accurate maintenance records
- Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
- Identify opportunities for process and equipment improvements
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems in an industrial setting
- Experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and technical documentation
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach
- Clear communication skills and a team‑oriented mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and support production needs on 2nd shift
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
