Qualifications
- Experience in all types of welding (MIG, TIG, Stick)
- Experience in structural steel and frame construction
- Experience in construction, industrial maintenance, welding and pipe fitting
- High degree of safety awareness
- Mechanically inclined with willingness to learn and accept instructions
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including heights and lifting heavy objects
- Working knowledge of hand‑powered tools
Travel may be required; per diem for travel outside the 100‑mile radius of St. Louis, with 100% hotel reimbursement and no room sharing.
All candidates must pass a welding test (open root vertical upstick test 6010/7018) and a background/physical check.
