The University of Wisconsin Madison is seeking an Audio-Visual Technician to assist with setup, installation, and operation of audio-visual hardware for various events. Main tasks include preparing spaces, supporting clients, and troubleshooting AV equipment. You will engage with clients and ensure successful event executions, all while providing outstanding customer service.
This position requires a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service and a High School Diploma is preferred. The role is primarily Monday to Friday, with additional hours as necessary based on event schedules.
