Established Electrical Contractor Launching New HVAC Division – Seeking Licensed HVAC Technicians
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 per year
We are an established electrical contracting company launching a new HVAC division and are seeking experienced HVAC Technicians to join our team full time. This is a hands‑on field role performing service, maintenance, repairs, and installations for residential and/or commercial clients.
Responsibilities- Perform HVAC service, troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance
- Install HVAC systems, components, and equipment according to code and manufacturer specs
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in HVAC systems
- Ensure high‑quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate documentation of work performed
- Collaborate with team members as our HVAC division grows
- 2+ years of HVAC service or installation experience (residential or commercial)
- EPA 608 Certification
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and troubleshooting methods
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and professionalism
