Part Time Maintenance Manager

Seeking a self‑starter who is willing to learn and help maintain apartments and homes with routine maintenance checks, touch‑ups and quality appearance for everyone to call home. Our team is willing to train the right attitude and provide the tools and experience for someone to help grow and maintain the residential communities.

Experience not required – training provided.

Responsibilities

General carpentry / building techniques, including maintenance checks on HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.

Changing light bulbs, filters, testing systems on a routine basis.

Diagnose, document and contact additional professional contractors (HVAC, electrical, plumbing or fire protection) as needed.

Maintain lawn/snow services or assist with managing contract services for cleaning, lawn care and snow removal.

Perform weekly/emergency appointments, requiring a valid driver's license and own vehicle.

Tools and equipment are provided.

Part‑time position with opportunity to grow with the company (approx. 10 hrs per week).

Software and management tools are provided along with training.

Communicate with tenants, owners, and property managers regularly to keep the team informed and consistent.
