As an HVAC Foreman at Dave Jones, you will take on a leadership role on the job site, overseeing HVAC installs within:
Residential Remodels, Equipment installations, and some maintenance/service work. You'll be responsible for guiding and mentoring your team, ensuring high-quality workmanship, adherence to safety standards, and that projects are completed on time and within budget. Your leadership will be essential in fostering a positive work environment and maintaining effective communication among team members and clients.

Compensation Details:

• $35 to 40 per hour + 1.5x OT
• PTO + Sick Days + Paid Holidays
• Company Truck + Fuel Card

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day operations of HVAC remodels and installs, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety standards.
• Lead a team of technicians and apprentices, providing hands-on training and guidance to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
• Install new furnaces, air conditioners, remodel ductwork, coils, returns, etc.
• Coordinate materials and equipment delivery, maintaining an organized and efficient job site.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders regarding project status and any issues that may arise.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for leading, exemplifying and promoting the Dave Jones culture and holding team members accountable to all Dave Jones safety requirements.
