Northland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Preserve West in Madison, WI. You will handle maintenance requests across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and housekeeping, and you will complete apartment turnovers promptly while upholding safety and quality.
This role requires on-call availability including nights and weekends, strong communication with residents and vendors, and the ability to work independently with your own hand tools.
